Questions agents ask
How much are real estate headshots?
Professional headshot sessions start at $295: fifteen minutes, one outfit, one backdrop, and two retouched images of your choice. If you want a full set for social media and listings, branding sessions start at $695 with 25 edited images.
How often should a real estate agent update their headshot?
Every two to three years, or sooner if your look, brokerage or market has changed. A good rule of thumb is that clients should recognize you right away when you meet.
Can I use the photos on signs, mailers and Zillow?
Yes. Included images may be used to market your own business, including signs, mailers, your website and your online profiles. Specific usage terms are in your booking agreement.
Where do you photograph agents?
At a listing or model home, in the neighborhoods you sell, downtown Chandler or Gilbert, or at your office. Some locations require a permit or fee, and I'll tell you up front.
Do you photograph whole brokerages and mortgage teams?
Yes. I set up at your office and photograph everyone with the same lighting and backdrop. Send your team size and timing for a custom quote.
What should I wear?
You'll get a preparation guide when you book. For most agents: one look that's polished and one that's a little more relaxed, in colors that work with your brokerage branding.
