Team headshot questions
How much do team headshots cost?
Team headshot days are quoted individually based on the number of people, your location and what you need delivered. Send your team size and preferred timing and I'll reply with a clear quote. Individual headshots start at $295.
How much space do you need at our office?
A conference room or an open corner is usually enough. I bring the lights and the backdrop and can work around your furniture.
How long does each person take?
Each person gets a short slot with coaching, so they can step away from their desk, get a photo they like and be back at work quickly. I'll build a schedule with you ahead of time.
Will everyone's photo match?
Yes. I use the same lighting and backdrop for the whole team, so your website, proposals and LinkedIn profiles look like one company.
What about team members who feel camera-shy?
That's completely normal. I guide each person through posture and expression and show them the back of the camera as we go. They're often the happiest with their photo by the end.
Which areas do you cover?
Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Queen Creek, Scottsdale and Phoenix. Any travel charge is shown in your quote before you book.
Can you set up a headshot station at our conference or event?
