Brad and Nicole :: 10.04.08

I had a blast with Brad and Nicole! First, they were a very fun couple and the bridal party was great. I love when the guys take photo time as an opportunity to have fun and not complain and whine about photos! It really pays off. So many details went into the day, and Nicole, being super organized, had a perfect day! The wedding ceremony, the music, everything was fabulous. Not even the rain could stop us. One of the coolest things was the cocktail hour they held in the gallery outside the reception hall. This allowed me about 15 minutes to get into the room and do tons of detail shots with the tables still beautiful and everything in its place.
And, this was one wedding where I wished I did video. Nicole and Brad’s friend sang the first dance songs. AMAZING is the only word to describe that. Absolutely amazing.
This wedding has to rank as one of my all time favorites. Thanks Brad and Nicole for having me!
Brandon and Breanna Trash the Dress

I get shivers looking at these. First, the water was the coldest water I’ve ever been in, ever. But most importantly, because Brandon and Breanna ROCKED this Trash the Dress. Breanna hiked, literally, like a mile down hill and back in heels, which itself deserves a medal. Then they crossed the rapids to get under the icy waterfall. Well, then I also crossed the rapids, ruined a camera, and totally froze my butt off to get these shots. But, it was 100% entirely worth it.
