Hannah and her family.

The title got too long.

I had a lot of fun with these guys. The session was relaxed, casual and fun. Just like I like them.

Remington, Levin, Kami and Craig

What a beautiful family to photograph. The girls are just stunning, precious things. Baby wasn’t too keen on getting her photos taken, but despite her uncooperativeness, we still got some great stuff.

Congrats to Sherri and Chris!

My friend Sherri was surprised with a proposal from her boyfriend Chris last night. Sherri is such a sweetheart, and they are an adorable couple! Congratulations you guys!

Prayers for Kellen

You may have rememebered where I posted before about baby Kellen. He has to have an unexpected heart surgery in the next few days. Keep him in your thoughts and prayers as his family travels to Michigan for a life saving surgery.

Go Divas!

As if photography didn’t keep me busy enough, you might often see me at the softball fields following the career of my daughter Kenedi. Dwayne coaches her team, and we have had a great time with that this year. I am excited to tell you all that they have had an excellent season. The mid-season tournament wrapped up last night and the Dugout Divas (The girls picked this name!) placed third!

There has been some tough competition, and it’s been really neat to see how the girls’ skills have improved over the last month. All of them are hitting and fielding better, and really coming together as a team. I think it’s also helped Dwayne with some patience, and it’s helped all of our senses of humor!

We have the second half of the season to go, and I know the girls are going to do great!

BTW, this is NOT my photo. I am not sure who is belongs to, but I am glad they took it because I, of all nights not to bring it, didn’t bring my camera last night. So, if anyone tells me who took it, I will definately post credit for all to see.

Busy, Busy Summer

Sorry, or happy, to say, my portrait sessions are full for July and August. I will be accepting sessions for September and later. Seniors! If you are wanting to schedule an appointment, please do so. I am on a committee for the SDVietnam War Memorial Dedication, and my September dates are limited from that as well.

June weddings are full for 2007 which dates pending for May 2007 which will fill that month once confirmed. If you are wanting to book, I would love to have you! Just let me know and we’ll get the process rolling.

Thanks to all of you for making this so successful for me! I love all my clients and I can’t believe how blessed I am.

adam + katie :: 06.24.06

TJ + Brie :: 06.23.06

Wow. Brie called on Wednesday, her photographer friend from Idaho couldn’t do the photos after all. Was I available?

I was. I am glad. Tony, if you are reading this. Here’s your prairie. 20 miles from the nearest paved road, on a hill which can only be described as God’s country.

That’s the bride in the middle, on the horse.

jennifer + jeremy :: 06.17.06

Jeremy and Jennifer could not have asked for a more perfect day. Gorgeous weather was even secondary to the stunning scenery at Sylvan Lake. So many perfect opportunities for photos, plus wonderful friends and family really made the day fall together. I had a great time and I can’t wait to shoot there again in September.

WPJA Winner, again!

It’s so amazing to be included in the same company of the same photographers I admire and seek inspiration and knowledge from.

 10th place in the Creative Portraits Catagory. Mary and Lars, January in Deadwood.
