Pryce turned 8

My sweet baby boy is already 8. He has lost most of his teeth and has big buck teeth right now that I just adore. I think he's so cute in them! He currently loves basketball, wrestling and football. He loves watching football with his Dad and cheering on those poor Minnesota Vikings. He loves Gogurt. He always steals my phone to plan Angry Birds. He hates wearing a coat. He doesn't like to take baths, but loves getting dirty. He smiles a lot. He's mostly happy all the time. He is usually sweet, and he is always going to be my little boy. <3

We had this party a few weeks back at the Skyforce game. It was pretty awesome. At the end of the night he asked if next year he could have his party there too. Parents, it's a great deal too. No clean up! Plus, in comparison to other birthday party hosts, it's very inexpensive. Call Kyle at the Skyforce office to book a party!

My poor neglected blog.

I'm not sure what to do with this thing much anymore. Facebook seems to have taken over the world and there I am, posting on FB and neglecting my old friend here. I've been writing on this blog since 2005. Unfortunately, my archives do not go back so far due to a server crash, but I have been faithfully updating this blog with photos for almost seven years. Ahh... well, new posts are coming. :) Stay tuned!

Unexpected Gifts

Do you ever wonder why things happen the way they do? Who are we to know how things are supposed to be? Sometimes our blessings are unexpected. Sometimes we might be unprepared for them. Maybe we don't even know we want... or need.. them. Piper Mary was our unexpected gift. She joined our family on March 18th. This weekend she will be dedicated at our church. The past year has been full of ups and downs, highs and lows, but always there was a light that our children gave us. And I believe that each person in our family has been blessed by this little person. Her big sisters talk so sweetly to her and love to pick out her clothes, feed her, hold her, sing and rock her. Her big brother showers her with kisses. He is so gentle and sweet to her. She was the perfect little addition to our family and now I just can't imagine life without her!

Key West 2009 | Day at the Beach

Did you ever have one of those perfect days? One of those days that everything just was aligned? My friends Julie and David took me to a little deserted island the Key West locals know. It's not charted, it doesn't have a name. Maybe it should be Perfect Little Island.

Here are a few pics from that day. More to follow of Key West Town and the WEDDING!

The Anderson Family

I am so far behind on blogging, I have sort of given up for now! But, before Christmas here is a session that just had to share. :) In case you don't know me, because I know I have blog readers from afar... this is *my* beautiful family. All the images were shot by me except the family ones, which my sister took for us. Merry Christmas! See you all after Christmas!!
