Random Recipe

I haven't posted a recipe in awhile and I finally hit one worthy of sharing. My husband and I will soon be receiving a massive amount of beef, so I have been trying to empty my freezers to make room for it. BTW, I am beyond excited to get our half-beef from the fabulous Thomas Ranch And after seeing the awards Cally has brought home, and hearing how fantastic their beef is, I am just jumping for joy! So, the other night I found a lone pack of pork chops. I don't really like pork, much to my husband's sorrow. I don't make it much and since we are cleaning out the freezer, I had no choice. I perused my normal recipe sites for something more interesting than throwing them on the grill or drowning them in cream of mushroom soup and found this delight...

Balsamic-Glazed Pork Chops

Dwayne doesn't like balsamic either, but I made them anyway. Aren't I a great wife? But really, he loved them, they were delicious and on the table in under 30 minutes. We paired them up with some roasted potatoes with EVOO and a sprinkle of parm, and some frozen corn on the cob that Dwayne swears was in the freezer since it least July. It was good too. :)
